What to expect when you write
Nariss reads and answers messages herself, so replies come from her directly and not a support team. Expect a response within 24 business hours for anything sent during the week. Messages arriving late on Saturday, on Sunday, or during a Thai public holiday are answered on the next working morning. For anything urgent or time-sensitive, a 15-minute consultation is faster than a form: you book a slot, get Nariss live on Zoom, and leave with a plan in the same call.
