  • Contact details (name, email address) when you fill out a form, book a consultation, or create an account
  • Payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number on our servers.
  • Usage data (pages visited, time on site) collected through Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or email

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

  • Schedule and deliver your lessons
  • Process payments and send receipts
  • Respond to your questions or requests
  • Send lesson reminders or account-related emails (not marketing, unless you opt in)
  • Improve the website based on anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely through our third-party providers. Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the cloud with encryption at rest). Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format

7. Children

Thai with Nariss does not knowingly collect data from children under 17. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
