1. Overview
These terms govern your use of the Thai with Nariss website and all language services offered by Kru Nariss, including private lessons, group classes, video courses, ebooks, and lesson bundles. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Thai with Nariss is operated by Level Up Samui Limited Partnership (Registered No. 0843567001623), located at 59/34 Moo 5, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand.
2. Services
Thai with Nariss offers Thai language instruction through several formats:
- Private lessons (online via Zoom or in person in Koh Samui)
- Group classes (online, scheduled sessions with 2 to 6 students)
- Video courses (pre-recorded, self-paced content)
- Ebooks (downloadable PDF learning materials)
- Bundles (combined packages of lessons, courses, or ebooks)
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Booking and Payment
Lessons are booked through the website or by contacting Nariss directly. Payment is required before the lesson takes place.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit or debit card via Stripe (including Apple Pay)
- Thai bank transfer
- PromptPay
Purchased lesson hours do not expire. You can use them at your own pace.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. To reschedule, send a message to Nariss via email or the contact form.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without any notice, are considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Refunds
Unused lesson hours purchased as a package may be refunded upon request. Contact Nariss to discuss your situation.
Digital products (video courses, ebooks) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Thai with Nariss website, including text, images, videos, course materials, and ebooks, is the property of Thai with Nariss. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
Purchased courses and ebooks are licensed for your personal use only. Sharing account credentials or distributing downloaded materials is not permitted.
7. User Conduct
Students are expected to be respectful during lessons and in all communications. Thai with Nariss reserves the right to discontinue service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, with a pro-rata refund of unused hours.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thai with Nariss provides language instruction to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Progress depends on individual effort, practice, and consistency.
The website is provided "as is." We are not liable for temporary downtime, technical issues, or errors in content. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
